This service enables you to send us your database of customer addresses along with your WEBFLEET details and we will import these directly into your account.
Data Format
You should supply your data in any of the following formats; CSV, Excel, ASCII, Access. Instructions on how to do this will be sent by email upon placing your order.
Geocoding
The first process is Geocoding. We will assign the Geographical longitude and latitude coordinates using the WGS84 system. To do this we will use Zip/Postal code and Address data and therefore, the more accurate the address information, the more successful this process is.
Geocoding Report
We will email you a copy of our Geocoding report that advises you of addresses where it was not possible to Geocode due to inaccurate or insufficient address data.
Import
We will import the addresses directly into your WEBFLEET account. You can specify at this time whether you wish to show address flags on the WEBFLEET map or assign the addresses to an Address Group.
