If you simply would like to simply check how successful your data can be Geocoded to WGS84 standard (as used for TomTom WEBFLEET), this service enables you to send us your database of customer addresses and we will produce a Geocode Audit Report and email this directly to you.
Data Format
You should supply your data in any of the following formats; CSV, Excel, ASCII, Access. Instructions on how to do this will be sent by email upon placing your order.
Geocoding
The first process is Geocoding. We will assign the Geographical longitude and latitude coordinates using the WGS84 system. To do this we will use Zip/Postal code and Address data and therefore, the more accurate the address information, the more successful this process is.
Geocoding Report
We will email you a copy of a Geocode Audit Report that confims how successful the geocode excerice has been and advises you of addresses where it was not possible to Geocode due to inaccurate or insufficient address data.
